Refresher Training Available

Refresher Training for Website Updates for 2024 is now available. Employees who submit or make web updates for their department must complete the training by Dec. 6, 2024, to continue in their role.

As you take the training, you’ll notice it uses new names for some of the web user roles:

  • Coordinators are still called coordinators.
  • Contributors are now called managers.
  • Managers are now called administrators.

This change is part of a recent set of updates to the web standards. Before you take the training, please review the Introduction and Purpose section of the standards and the protocol section for your role.

If you have any questions, please email webtraining@niu.edu.
